Greg S - Couldn't build on site because of zoning. Seacoast has 13 campuses, 29 experiencing, 10,000 people on weekend without building big building.
Dino R - Healing Place Church. Built on serving community. One church in many location being a healing place for communities. 11 locations, 2 internationa, 7000 people.
Mark B - National Community Church started in school moved to movie theater in Union Station. Cast vision to start meeting in theaters and is doing it in three other theaters on the line. Three live services, 5 by HD video.
How can you be unique?
Greg S - What are you passionate about? This is an important question to ask.
Dino R - Gumbo approach to multi-site is important. Learn and meet needs.
Mark B - Everything is an experiment. If you think you've got it figured out you are heading in wrong direction.
What advice would you give to Sr. Pastor about starting multi-site?
Greg S - Get your people to go experience it. Grab some people and get in van and go see it.
Dino R - Nobody wants to die with the recipe. Ask a million question because people are willing to share.
How do you overcome traditional paradigm of one church one pastor?
Mark B - Not everybody needs to know me. If your thoughts are 100 percent sanctified tell me how.
Greg S - You are going to reach more people with multi-site than without.
How do you replicate DNA?
Dino R - You have to guard it and give it. Talk about your heart. Language defines culture.
Mark B - Don't hire someone from without. Hire from within and they should have dual roles. Campus pastor and another churchwide role.
Greg S - DNA is tough to get your hands on. IPOD Initial things. Prefer that you do it. Optional you might could do it. Don't do it. Sky box is a system in which pastor can watch. Incredible!
Mark B - Mistakes keep it real. They just can't happen every week.
What is the key to successful campus?
Dino R - Do what you say you are going to do. Define what you are going to do.
Mark B - Making decisions are what leaders do.
What are the keys to success?
Greg S - Campus Pastor, location, worship and children.
Mark B - Prayer walking is huge. This needs to be done on the front end.
Dino R - We feel like we need to be there. There has to be a God moment were God births a passion.
Do you plan to go international?
Dino R - two already with plans to do more.
Jeff S - It's stirring.
Mark B - Not at this time.
Are all of your venues and experiences the same?
All three guys answered yes. Understanding that the central focus is strained through personalities of Campus Pastor and Worship Leader.
Great session that exposed us to the personalities that will deliver content. Great idea to connect people and programming.
