Three Simple Questions
1. Location Question: Why would I (people) go there?
· It’s more convenient
· It’s a lot better experience
· It feels more like me
2. Leadership Question: Would I follow him or her.

· They have to be visionary from the second chair.
· They have to have the vision of the house.
· Resourceful leader is willing to do the job with little money
· Inspirational leader. Able to communicate well. A campus pastor has to be a good communicator and a church planter has to be a gifted communicator.
· Delegating leaders. They get a bigger buzz out of watching others paint the fence. Seacoast doesn’t hire people to do ministry they hire people to equip people to do ministry. Your leaders are in the house. Elijah and the widow… he used what was in the house.

3. Launch Question: Is it necessary or is it just helpful? · Buildings are helpful but not necessary. · HD is helpful but not necessary. · Live video is helpful but not necessary. Don't let helpful things keep you from doing necessary things. Location, leadership and launch are all neccesary. What are the limiting factors to the vision? According to Eph. 3:20-21 the only limits are those of vision
