The second day of any conference is always smoother than the first. Everyone knows where to go, sit and how to respond. Exceptions have not been meet, meet or exceeded.
There is nothing like starting the morning hunting wallet. I found it! Good country breakfast fueled the fun as "The Newlywed Game" began. Shane and Leslie won with 40pts.
I taught a well received message from Luke 2:51-52. We discovered some guidelines for growth following Jesus' model. He grew and so should we!
Had to miss Breakout #2. I'm sure Sam and Kathy's talk entitled "Eat It" was informative. This couple is passionate about nutrition and how it fuels spirituality. Kenny and Debby Cagle were leading a session on money. This great couple is on the other side of success in this area. I'm positive their class changed lives.
Praying for Donna and the Benignos as they end the retreat. Donna always drives home application. The Benignos will testify to what God did to bring healing to a home.
My prayer for all you guys is that your marriage will be all God intends for it to be in '09. Draw close to Him and each other.
